Liège-Bastogne-Liège Challenge

The Liège-Bastogne-Liège Challenge 2016 takes place on April 23, traditionally 1 day before the professional race.



Course


You can complete the entire professional course of 273km, or you can choose between 2 shorter options : 156km or 75km, where you can enjoy the experience of climbing some of the slopes from the legendary course.

Course 1 : 273km - 4.500 altimeter
Course 2 : 156km - 2.600 altimeter
Course 3 : 75km - 1.200 altimeter

The course will be announced at the press conference of the pro race (March 2016).

It's already certain that the following slopes will be part of the course :
La Redoute
Côte des Forges
La
Roche aux Faucons
Côte de Saint-Nicolas


Practically

You can subscribe at the Halles des Foires de Liège, Quai de Wallonie 6, 4000 Liège, on Friday, 22/04 (between 15h and 18h30) and on Saturday, 23/04, from 6h30 on.

There is parking place next to the Halles des Foires de Liège.

Departure hours :
273km : 6h30-7h30
156km : 6h30-9h30
75km : 8h00-10h00

The arrival closes at 20h00.
