The Italian Oscar Gatto (Vini Fantini) has won this cold and wet edition of Across Flanders. He was the fastest of a group who catched up Thomas Voeckler in the las meters.

This 68th edition of Dwars door Vlaanderen "Across Flanders" takes place on Wednesday, March 20.
The first 80 km (49.7 mi) are relatively flat. Once the cyclists have passed the city of Waregem, the first hill, the Nieuwe Kwaremont, is climbed.

From then on, the climbs follow each other smoothly :
