First run I have done after the Xmas grazing. It felt good to get out and get some fresh air. The main difficulty I had was with cramping in the soles of my feet. Hopefully this is simply due to not having run for a week.
If I don't feel too bad I will go for a ride later today. The plan is 10 miles along a route I do regularly or the Chapel loop as I call it.
Need to get into the habit of wearing my HRM to ensure I work in the right zone!
