A long port which can be decompounded in four parts. The old national road is really easy and enjoyable. Around kilometer 7, it joins with the new national road (which is almost empty beceause there is a new toll motorway) very wide and a bit steep than the previous part (and a feeling that the road never ends climbing). The hardest part are the four kilometers between Piedrafita and OCebreiro (although it have the better views, so I recommend taking it easy) After OCebreiro (which for me should be consider the end of the climbing) there is a set of descents and climbings (the longest of the latter being the final one, called "alto do poio")address
