Frigaz BerGiBike
The first edition of the Frigaz BerGiBike was organized back in 2011, by a group of mountainbike passionates who thought that in the Romandic part of Switzerland, there was a serious lack of mountainbike marathons. By organizing the event, they hoped for a revival of mountainbiking in their region. 1.000 mountainbikers participated in the first edition, which took place in marvellous sunny circumstances. During the following years, BerGiBike became a reference in Mountainbike surroundings. In 2014, 1.450 mountainbikers participated in the Frigaz BerGiBike.
The 6th edition takes place on 26 June 2016.
The different courses :
Course A - Le Défi : 79km - 2.440 altimeter - 5 supplies
Course B - Le Challenge : 36km - 1.050 altimeter - 2 supplies
Course C - La Découverte : 21km - 450 altimeter - 1 supply
Course D - La Transition (youth 13-14years) : 14km - 300m altimeter
Kids course : 7km - 200 altimeter
