La Marmotte

"La Marmotte" is one of the top cyclosportive events in the french Alps, taking place each year at the first Saturday of July.
The total distance covered is 174km, with more than 5.000 altimeters.
La Marmotte is the oldest cyclosportive event ever, and fans consider it as the most prestigious and heaviest one.
Due to its popularity, the limit of participants is fixed at 8.000.

l'Alpe d'Huez
