La Moulinal is a superb property with two tastefully restored 18th century cottages with large swimming pool, set in an idyllic park of over 4 acres.

Possibility to rent 1 house or the 2 houses together. Maison d'Isabel (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) sleeps up to 8 people, maison d'amis sleeps up to 6 people (2 bedrooms + mezzanine, 2 bathrooms).

Every house has a covered terrace, ample garden furniture and a barbecue.

Within the 4.4 acres (1.7 hectares) of grounds is a large swimming pool (6m x 12m), volley-ball court, table tennis table and a soccer field.

La Moulinal is located in Lougratte, a small village of 400 inhabitants, in the northern part of the Lot-et-Garonne, between Bergerac and Villeneuve-sur-Lot and less than 30 minutes driving from either town.

In this picturesque region you will find charming medieval towns located in and around the romantic Dordogne and Lot valleys. This area is known for its superb wines of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors, its splendid castles and delightful summer markets.
There are many sports activities on offer including hiking, cycling, horse riding and golf at the magnificent 18-hole championship course in the vicinity (15km).

There is a possibility to rent bikes. Bikes are brought to the domain and picked back up. (bikes, children's bikes/seats, helmets, racks,...)

Le Lot-et-Garonne, juste au sud de la Dordogne, est une région où il fait bon vivre, qui est riche en histoire et où l'homme vit encore au rythme de la nature. Belle région, également appelée petit-Toscane, le Lot-et-Garonne est aussi la région pour les épicuriens (marchés, des restaurants délicieux avec un très bon rapport prix-qualité, région viticole,...). 

La Moulinal consiste de 2 maisons, dans un parc arboré, au calme ... qui peuvent être louées ensembles (jusqu'à 14 p) ou séparément.

Les maisons se trouvent dans le calme d'un grand jardin aux arbres centenaires. La piscine (6x12m) agréable est orientée plein sud, avec une pelouse et terrasse autour de la piscine, des chaises longues, une barbecue. Il y a une table de ping-pong, terrain de volley, terrain de football, balançoire,...

Possibilité de louer des vélos (vélo pour adultes, enfants, casques de vélo, sièges pour enfants,...), livraison gratuite sur place.

En juillet et août vous louez à la semaine, en dehors de ces mois vous pouvez aussi louer pour un long weekend, pour 10 jours etc. Il y a des vols réguliers entre Charleroi (Belgique) et Bergerac, mais aussi de Paris ou de Lisbonne il y a des vols pour Bergerac.

De Lot-et-Garonne, net ten zuiden van de Dordogne, ook wel Klein-Toscane genoemd, is een prachtige glooiende streek en is DE streek voor levensgenieters (marktjes, lekkere betaalbare restaurants, wijnstreek,...). Deze nog authentieke en rustige streek is ideaal om al wandelend of met de fiets te verkennen.

La Moulinal is een mooi domein met 2 comfortabele vakantiehuizen,  verscholen in het groen van een parktuin van 1,7 ha, en toch op slechts enkele km van een dorp met grootwarenhuis, winkels, cafes, restaurants,...  Of je nu alleen op pad bent, met zijn tweetjes of met een hele groep, jullie zijn van harte welkom in La Moulinal (tot 14 personen).
Op het domein kan klein en groot zich vermaken in het groot zwembad, op het volleybalterrein, aan de pingpongtafel, het voetbalveld of op de schommel, of ... met een boekje of de ipad onder een boom.

Mogelijkheid tot het huren van degelijke, perfect onderhouden fietsen via fietsverhuurbedrijf. Je fietsen worden gratis bezorgd en afgehaald aan je vakantiehuis (fietsen voor volwassenen, kinderen, fietshelmen, kinderstoeltjes, ...).

In juli en augustus wordt per week gehuurd, buiten deze periode kun je ook voor een lang weekend, een midweek of 10 dagen huren. Er zijn 2 keer per week rechtstreekse vluchten tussen Charleroi en Bergerac (tussen april en oktober) en tussen Rotterdam/Den Haag en Bergerac.
