Het wqas eigenlijk in Battle te doen, zo'n 10 km verder naar het noordwesten. (nvdr 😊 )

Yup, die plaatsnaam had ik ook gezien. Ik dacht toen: ha, grappig, Battle en Hastings zo dicht bij mekaar. Ik wist niet dat het ook effectief de locatie van de slag was (en dus pas daarna zijn naam had gekregen).
