Nice climb from Avio to the Monte Baldo top Cma Valdritta. I rode this climb in June 2013, which was my second climb > ever 1000m and took 1h50m. We parked our car near the McDonals in Affi, rode via the SP11 to Avio, took the climb to Cma Valdritta and descent to Affi again via Spazzi. In total this is a 77km tour. The temperature at the start of the climb was 27°C, while the temperature at the top was a chilling 6°C in between some snow.

The first 9km is a steady climb in the shadows with 18 hairpin turns and climbs of each 8-9%. You can catch some breath for about 1km @ 3%, after which a very nasty 2km follow with 10-13% climbs. That was the hard part! From here on there is very nice ride in between alpine fields with several kms with 1-3% and an occasional 8-9% climb.

The descent to Affi is very nice with long straight roads without to many traffic.
