OPQS training Camp

Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team is having a training camp in Mallorca. Last friday, -the riders had good weather for training, and rode two hours all together before reaching the top of Col de Randa. OPQS then split up into groups for specific training assignments.

Niki Terpstra, Tom Boonen, Sylvain Chavanel, and Michal Kwiatkowski were in a group that did an additional 180km, while another group did a different parcour. They closed the day with one hour on the TT bike. At the same time, a few OPQS riders were at a track in Mallorca. They worked on TT bike positioning.
