Milan-San Remo : Mass sprint or explosion on the Poggio ?

Next Saturday the 103rd Milan - San Remo will be ridden. Will it be the sprinters again who decide this years Primavera? Will they stand up to the fireworks we expect on the Poggio di Sanremo or the Cipressa ?
