Greipel wins third stage at Tour Down Under

German sprint ace Andre Greipel won his second stage of the Tour Down Under on Thursday to regain the overall lead.

Greipel won the high-speed bunch sprint finish to the 134.5km third stage from suburban Unley to Victor Harbor, south of Adelaide.

Belarus rider Yauheni Hutarovich of FDJ-Big MAT was second and Edvald Boasson Hagen of Norway, from Britain's Sky team, was third.
