02/09 - Stage 15 :
Antonio Piedra (Caja Rural) has won the 15th stage in the Vuelta, a mountain stage at the top of the legendary lagos de Covadonga, with an average of 7,3 %. Joaquim Rodriguez remains leader, despite of several attacks of Alberto Contador. Rodriguez, Contador and Valverde arrived together at the summit. Froome has lost 35 sec. and has to give away his 3rd place to Valverde.
