Tour of Belgium

Editions :  2012, 2013, 2016

The Tour of Belgium is a multi-day bicycle race, which was first organized in 1908 and took place annually, with the exception of two world wars, until 1981. The reason was decreasing popularity because in Belgium, one-day cycling races had become much more popular. The result was that in the period between 1982 and 1992, the Tour of Belgium was no longer organized on annual basis. Since 2002, however, it is again annually organized. Since 2005 it is part of the European Continental Circuit.
The Tour of Belgium consists of a number of journeys, and 1 time trial, which is often decisive.
