The winners are selected from the actively registered members of Catena Cycling.
This membership and participation in the competitions are completely free of charge, of one’s own free will and not linked to any obligation to purchase.
All personal data obtained within the scope of the participants’ actions are treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (Law of 8 December 1992 and subsequent amendments to it). The Catena Cycling privacy policy applies to your personal data. The personal data of the winners shall not be passed on to third parties.
The winners are indicated by an independent third party.
No correspondence on the results can be entered into.
The prize is unique and is issued in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, nor can it or a part of it be paid out in cash in respect of Catena Cycling CVBA.
Catena Cycling is entitled to stop the actions immediately.
If Catena Cycling so requests, the winners shall cooperate in activities promoting the relevant action, including publicity on the prize awards in newspapers or on the Internet. Catena Cycling shall not owe the prize winners any remuneration for this.
Catena Cycling can adjust these terms and conditions at all times. We therefore recommend that the terms and conditions be studied regularly.
Catena Cycling is in no way whatsoever responsible for defects in the prize won, late receipt of the prize, slight deviations in the prize received as compared to the prize published or if the winner cannot participate in the journey he or she has won.
If the winner is younger than 18, he or she must obtain the explicit permission from his or her parents or legal representative and such permission must be submitted to Catena Cycling any time it so requests.
If the prize to be won is a journey, the participant must be in possession of a valid travel document (passport or identity card or a visa, if necessary) and any travel or cancellation insurance, pocket money and consumptions are at the participant’s expense, unless stated otherwise in the supplementary terms and conditions of the action.
