The Pas de Peyrol in the Cantal region is one of the more interesting cols in the Massif Central. It can be approached from various sides. The pass appears now and then in the Tour de France where it is classified 2nd category. In 1983, it was the Belgian Lucien Van Impe, elected best climber of all time by climbbybikers in 2007 who arrived first on the top, coming from Dienne.address
