The 'Classic' route up Monte Grappa. A 27km climb. This is the 1st of 10 climbs up Monte Grappa and while one of the longer routes it is one of the easier with avg grades of 6%, though it does have sections of 10% on some of the early sections.
This is a beautiful climb with great views along the whole ride. At the top, Cima Grappa, there is a stunning monument commemorating the soldiers who died during the WW1 battle. There is also a wonderful Rifugio at the top which you can refuel yourself with either light snacks or a restaurant meal if you wish.
