Giro d'Italia 2015

The next edition of the Giro d'Italia starts on Saturday, May 9th. The "Grande partenza" takes place in San Lorenzo al Mare in the region of Liguria. After 3.481 km the Giro will finish in Milan. On the road, the participants will find 6 sprint stages, about 80 km of time trial, the climb of the famous Mortirolo and the Colle delle Finestre, partially on gravel road. The Giro d’Italia 2015 counts 6 arrivals uphill. A total of 3.481 km has to be taken, spread over 21 stages. The first stage, on Saturday, May 9th, is a team time trial of 17,6 km from San Lorenzo al Mare, along the sea, to San Remo.
